PURPOSE: A fuel supply system is provided to prevent an engine from being stopped by using the fuel stored in an auxiliary fuel tank in short of the main fuel of a fuel tank and to make a driver quickly supply oil by warning fuel shortage of the driver for every constant traveling distance in using the auxiliary fuel tank. CONSTITUTION: A fuel supply system is composed of a fuel tank(10) in which a fuel pump(12) is mounted; a feed pipe(13) for supplying the fuel pumped from the fuel pump to an engine; a return pipe(14) being a passage for feeding back the fuel to the fuel tank; an auxiliary fuel tank(20) disposed to the upper end of the fuel tank and mounted with an auxiliary fuel pump(22); and an auxiliary feed pipe(23) and an auxiliary return pipe(24) extended from the feed pipe and the return pipe to connect with the auxiliary fuel tank and to use the fuel stored in the auxiliary fuel tank in short of the fuel of the fuel tank.
