PURPOSE: A USB(Universal Serial Bus) storage having a card reader slot is provided to store data and read a memory card of various portable products by directly communicating with a PC through a USB mode as inserting the USB storage into a USB port of the PC. CONSTITUTION: A microcontroller receives the data through the D-plus and transmits the data through the D-minus by connecting to the USB port of the PC. An external ROM stores firmware. A decoder receives an address from the microcontroller and decodes the address as a flash memory selection signal. Flash memories(5-8) store the data by connecting to the decoder.
