PURPOSE: A drum mixer for improving productivity of sintered ore by uniformly injecting moisture onto an inner part of the drum mixer as a whole and suppressing adhesion ore adhered to lifter and blade, thereby promoting pseudo granulation of blended raw materials is provided. CONSTITUTION: In a drum mixer(50) in which lifter and blade(53) are installed to perform mixing and granulation of blended raw materials are simultaneously performed in the sintering process, the drum mixer comprises a moisture injection unit(51) which is mounted on an inner part of the drum mixer, and moisture injecting position of which is positioned at a central part of the drum mixer so that the moisture injection unit injects moisture onto the blended raw materials proceeded to the central part of the drum mixer; and an air blowing unit(52) mounted on an inner part of the drum mixer so that the air blowing unit prevents adhesion ore from adhering to the lifter and the blade by injecting air onto the lifter and the blade at high speed, wherein the air blowing unit injects air onto the lifter and the blade in a flow rate of 80 to 100 m/sec.
