The system has a sensor associated with an optic device (8-11) for obtaining a picture of zones of a corridor (2). A unit (23) is connected with the sensor for analyzing the picture of the zones to recognize a shape of a person or an object presented in the corridor. A door (5) is controlled to open or close, based on the recognized picture of the person or object.
