The generator has a chain formed of a set of generator cells (10-1-10-n) where each cell has a multiplier of voltage with two entries of multiplicand and a voltage attenuator. A voltage adder (30) connected to the cells carries out a sum of power provided by the cells and a voltage applied to an entry of order. The two entries of multiplicand are connected to the entry of order and an exit of the cells. An Independent claim is also included for an exposure device.
