PURPOSE: A personal address list information managing and providing method through a wired/wireless communication unit is provided to collectively manage address list data used in a mobile phone and managed in Web environment by synchronizing address list data mode. CONSTITUTION: A member user is connected to a service center and selects desired service(S140). If a member selects a specific phone number search service, the member user searches a specific phone number from address list information stored in a server(S280). A service center provides the user's search result(S300) and checks whether the member desires to immediately communicate with the phone number received by the user(S320). If the member desires to immediately communicate, the service center checks whether the member desires to communicate through a mobile phone, and in the case of the mobile phone, the service center connects a call to a mobile communication provider and transmits the search information to the mobile phone(S340).
