PURPOSE: A filler door locking control device is provided to prevent a filler cap from being missed, simplify the structure, and improve productivity by moving forward and reverse a locking module. CONSTITUTION: A filler door locking control device is composed of a filler door(6) formed on an opening unit of an injection chamber(2) recessed at the side of a vehicle body(1) to open and close; a locking module combined to the upper side of the injection chamber with combining a locker(9) to move into and out of a housing(8); a filler neck(3) connected with a fuel tank and protruded at the bottom of the injection chamber; a rack gear(10) formed at the outer periphery of the housing of the locking module; a battery(20) for supplying the predetermined voltage; a switching unit switched to supply the voltage of the battery to a driving unit(40) when a filler cap(4) is combined to the filler neck; and the driving unit driven by the voltage of the battery supplied through the switching unit to set the locking to a locking position by moving forward the locking module through the rack gear.
