PURPOSE: A retractor of a seat belt for a vehicle is provided to prevent the locking of a vehicle sensor due to the shock of rapid reeling of a seat belt webbing by reducing the rotational speed of a drum shaft on which the seat belt webbing is wound. CONSTITUTION: A retractor of a seat belt for a vehicle includes a drive unit reducing the rotational speed of a drum shaft(130) on which a seat belt webbing and a spiral spring(120) are wound by being interlocked to the expansion force of the spiral spring when the seat belt webbing is reeled. The drive unit is installed in a drum(100).
