PURPOSE: A bumper with a step plate for a truck is provided to make a user safely climb to the roof of a truck without slippage by forming an extended step hole on a step plate. CONSTITUTION: A bumper frame(10) is placed at the lower front portion of a truck. A bumper cover(20) covering the bumper frame is installed in front of the bumper frame. The bumper frame comprises a bumper member(11) and bumper side reinforcements(12) placed at both ends of the bumper member and forming the corners of a bumper. A step hole(21) is horizontally formed in front of the bumper cover. A step plate(22) having many slippage preventing members(22a) is installed on the lower face of the step hole.
