The device (1) has input air (3) possessing an adjustable passage area controlled by a hygrosensible sensor (9). A secondary ventilation shaft (6) connecting interior of a room with an exterior possesses an independent passage section to that of the input air. The shaft thermally communicated with a compartment (5) of the hygrosensible sensor modifies temperature of the compartment.
