PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing clothes containing medicinal materials is provided to emit far infrared rays and fragrance that are effective to promote a healthy metabolism of a user. CONSTITUTION: The medicinal materials for use in clothes are prepared by saccharification process, fermentation process using acetic acid or lactic acid, boiling to obtain extracts, stir frying, or pulverizing. The medicinal materials include enzymes for diet, far infrared ray emitting materials for improving the functions of internal organs, eyes, ears, nose, heart, and brain, and fragrant herbs. The enzymes for diet include all kinds of cereals, fruits and vegetables, medicinal herbs, aquatic plants, and minerals. Preferably, 10kg of clothes are deposited in 20kg of the medicinal materials for at least one day and are dried, or the medicinal materials are pulverized and can be printed on the clothes.
