PURPOSE: Provided is a device for preparing a honeycomb rotor by using ceramic sheet which minimizes the change of the patterned width of a patterned molded body after adhering a patterned sheet to a flat paper by keeping the shape of the patterned ceramic sheet more closely. CONSTITUTION: In a ceramic sheet rotor manufacturing device comprising two ceramic sheet supplying rolls(7a,7b) where patterned ceramic sheet (S2) is wound, a first and a second pattern molding rolls(8a,8b) compressing plate form ceramic sheet to mold patterned ceramic sheet, an adhesive coating roll(10) and an adhesive supplying tank(11) to coat the adhesive to a floor of the patterned ceramic sheet, a ceramic sheet adhering roll(9) gearing with adjacent second pattern molding roll to prepare a honeycomb (S4) by adhering the plate form ceramic sheet to the patterned ceramic sheet and a honeycomb rotor(17) winding the honeycomb, the ceramic honeycomb rotor manufacturing device further comprises a sheet pattern maintaining part(12) containing a portion of the lower part side of the first pattern molding roll, the second pattern molding roll and the ceramic sheet adhering roll at the lower part side and having a chamber maintaining a shape by closely adhering the patterned ceramic sheet to the second pattern waveform molding roll, at least two rolls controlling tension(20a,20b,20c) to give the tension to the patterned ceramic sheet when the honeycomb rotor guides the patterned ceramic sheet, a second adhesive coating roll(19) having an adhesive supplying tank(15), where an adhesive to coat the floor of the patterned ceramic sheet is contained and a honeycomb rotating part(16) having a transferring belt(161) consisting of an endless belt rotating the honeycomb rotor with being close to the outer circumference side of the honeycomb with pushing.
