PURPOSE: A method and a system for measuring speech quality based on call time are provided to measure sensible speech quality of a user at a low cost. CONSTITUTION: A call particulars information input unit receives a call particulars information(201). The call particulars information input unit extracts information on call time from the call particulars information(202). A call time analyzer obtains data for representing call time at a certain time interval zone(203). A speech quality calculator compares data stored in a call time representative data database and the data obtained by the call time analyzer or multiple data stored in the call time representative data database and outputs a corresponding result(204).
