PURPOSE: A back light assembly is provided to prevent lamps from being damaged. CONSTITUTION: A back light assembly includes a lamp unit(120), a lamp housing, a plurality of first fixing members and a plurality of second fixing members. The lamp unit includes a plurality of lamp groups having lamps(121) arranged at a predetermined interval. The lamp housing houses the lamp unit. The first fixing members are combined with the lamp housing and fix the first lamp group of the plurality of lamp groups to the lamp housing. The second fixing member fix the second lamp group adjacent to the first lamp group to the lamp housing. The first and second fixing members are arranged at a predetermined interval. The first distance between the first fixing members is identical to the second distance between the second fixing members.
