摘要 PURPOSE: A method for controlling charging of sintered ore for blast furnace is provided to substantially improve stacking of the blended raw materials by controlling the number of rotations of drum feeder according to a deviation between layer thickness and height of surface layer part of blended raw materials fed into sintering car. CONSTITUTION: In a method for controlling charging of sintered ore for blast furnace in a sintered ore charging apparatus comprising a main gate(14a) for discharging blended raw materials(33) stored in a blended raw material storage tank(14), a drum feeder(15) for controlling feeding of the blended raw materials into a sintering car being moved, and an inclined plate(29) installed in a lower part of the drum feeder, the method comprises a layer thickness value detecting step of detecting layer thickness values of the blended raw materials(33a) fed into the sintering car using a layer thickness laser sensor; a layer thickness value deviation calculating step of obtaining total average layer thickness values using the detected layer thickness values, and calculating a deviation between the average layer thickness values and a preset target layer thickness value; a maximum/minimum layer thickness value deviation calculating step of abstracting the maximum layer thickness value and the minimum layer thickness value using the detected layer thickness values of the blended raw materials, and calculating a deviation between the maximum layer thickness value and the minimum layer thickness value; and a rotation number adjusting step of adjusting the number of rotations of the drum feeder if the deviation of the layer thickness value deviation calculating step and the deviation of the maximum/minimum layer thickness value deviation calculating step are deviated from the respectively set ranges.
