PURPOSE: A multi-user environment supporting mobile phone is provided to allow a qualified user to use an allowed service menu by checking an ID and a password assigned to each user. CONSTITUTION: A keypad(10) generates key data corresponding to keys selected by a user and transmits it to a controller(20). The controller(20) controls a general operation of a mobile phone. A memory(50) stores an algorithm for operation of the mobile phone, a phone number or a short message. A display unit(40) displays information signal. A radio frequency transmitting/receiving unit(30) transmits/receives a voice signal or a short message to/from a base station. A manager module(60) controls to present an input window for inputting an ID and a password of a manager on the display unit(40) in order to check whether the manager is qualified. A user checking module(70) receives an ID and a password of a user, checks whether they are correct, and determines whether the user is qualified to use a corresponding service menu.
