SANDWICH USING RICE CAKE AND MANUFACTURING METHODS THEREOF

PURPOSE: Sandwich using rice cake and manufacturing methods thereof are provided, thereby applying rice cake to instant food including sandwich, so that rice cake can be more closely supplied to modern people, and use of rice cake can be varied. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing the sandwich using rice cake comprises the steps of: preparing the materials for sandwich and mixing them to prepare a sandwich composition; dipping the rice in water with 25 deg. C for 8 hours; adding salt into the dipped rice and pulverizing the rice; adding 13 to 15% of water into the pulverized rice and pulverizing the rice; adding 5% of sugar into the pulverized rice and steaming the rice; cooling the steamed rice cake and cutting the rice cake; and spreading the sandwich composition on the one side of the rice cake, wherein the sandwich composition comprises onion, carrot, ham, picked cucumber, cucumber, potato, cooked egg and mayonnaise.
