ORAL FORMULATIONS FOR POORLY ABSORPTIVE HYDROPHILIC DRUGS

PURPOSE: Provided is an oral formulation for a poorly absorptive hydrophilic drug using organic alkalizer to reduce hydrophilicity and surfactant to increase oral absorption. CONSTITUTION: An oral formulation for a poorly absorptive hydrophilic drug is characterized by essentially containing at least one selected from hydrophilic active materials having bioavailability of less than 30% ; at least one selected from organic alkalizers having amino acid or polyol structure capable of ion-bond with the hydrophilic material; and at least one selected from surfactants having HLB of 4-18.
