APPARATUS FOR PREVENTING CORROSION OF HEAT EXCHANGER IN AIR CONDITIONER

PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing corrosion of a heat exchanger in an air conditioner is provided to coat a refrigerant pipe with a corrosion-resisting plasma polymerized film, thereby interrupting corrosion due to a potential difference generated between the refrigerant pipe with heat dissipating fins. CONSTITUTION: Fixing stands are installed on both sides of a heat exchanger. A plurality of heat dissipating fins(22) are installed inside the fixing stands at regular gaps. A refrigerant pipe(23) is inserted into through holes formed at the heat dissipating fins in zigzags to circulate a refrigerant. A corrosion-resisting plasma polymerized film(100) is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the refrigerant pipe to prevent a potential difference from generating between the refrigerant pipe and the heat dissipating fins.
