Unit has body (1) carrying power circuits, electrical parts, electronic parts, relays and fuses, and connector attachments (8). Connector attachments cooperate with complimentary attachments linked to conductors connected to different parts of vehicle. Unit also has bearing surface (37) resting against edge of opening in partition, having face (37a) surrounded by seal (38), and equipped with elastic hooks for gripping edge of opening. Sliding handle (57) is placed on one side of bearing surface to facilitate handling of unit.
