APPARATUS FOR PREVENTING CORROSION OF HEAT EXCHANGER IN AIR CONDITIONER

PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing corrosion of a heat exchanger in an air conditioner is provided to form a coating layer on an outer peripheral surface of a refrigerant pipe with the same material as a material of heat dissipating fins, thereby interrupting potential difference corrosion generated by electric contact between parts. CONSTITUTION: Fixing stands are installed on both sides of a heat exchanger. A plurality of heat dissipating fins(22) are installed inside the fixing stands at regular gaps. A refrigerant pipe(23) is inserted into through holes formed at the heat dissipating fins in zigzags to circulate a refrigerant. A coating layer(100) formed of the same material as a material of the heat dissipating fins is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the refrigerant pipe to prevent a potential difference from generating between the refrigerant pipe and the heat dissipating fins. The heat dissipating fins are formed of an aluminum material, and the coating layer is formed of the aluminum material.
