PURPOSE: An apparatus for assembling a display part is provided to reduce transformation of a lower casing by dispersing shock power to a support piece through a shock dispersion rib when the shock power is applied to an upper casing, thereby preventing a big shock due to contact of the upper casing and an LCD module. CONSTITUTION: A lower housing combination protrusion(122-3) stands upward at right and left edges of a lower housing. A support piece(122-2) stands at the lower housing to form a space for containing an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) module inside the lower housing combination protrusion(122-3). An upper housing combination rib(128-3) stands downward at right and left edges of an upper housing to contact an outside of the upper housing combination rib(128-3) with an inside of the lower housing combination protrusion(122-3). An upper housing contact end(128-4) contacts with an upper end of the lower housing combination protrusion(122-3), being connected with the outside of the upper housing combination rib(128-3). A shock dispersion rib(128-6) stands downward inside the upper housing combination rib(128-3) to face the support piece(122-2) when the upper housing combination rib(128-3) and the lower housing combination protrusion(122-3) are combined with each other.
