PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for generating user preference data about the color feature of an image and a method and an apparatus for converting an image color preference feature using the same are provided to set a conversion target value according to a personal feature. CONSTITUTION: A color feature calculating unit(12) calculates color feature values of a preference image and a reference image, and generates a pair of a preference feature value and a reference feature value. A meta data generating unit(18) generates the pair of the preference feature value and the reference feature value as preference feature meta data including at least one feature block.
