DESIGN AND CONTROL ASSOCIATED PROGRAM RECORDING MEDIUM OF AUTOMATIC DRIVING YARN GUIDE ON WARP KNITTING MACHINE

PURPOSE: On a warp knitting machine, a design and control associated program recording medium of an automatic driving yarn guide is characterized by programming plural steps driving the yarn guide effectively, designing knitting patterns, driving the yarn guide in accordance with the design automatically, increasing knitting velocity, reducing defective proportion and increasing productivity. CONSTITUTION: On a warp knitting machine, a design and control associated program recording medium of an automatic driving yarn guide contains the following steps; (1)(a first step) displaying basic set contents associated a knitting process with operation of a program; (2)(a second step) gathering functions for executing selected function in accordance with a menu set on the program; (3)(a third step) knitting-designing data associated with design associated with the contents displayed in the first step and the second step based on input of variables and constants or converting the inputted data into designated condition; (4)(a fourth step) displaying a design screen in accordance with data inputted in the third step; (5)(a fifth step) checking whether to store the program or not at the time that the program or the design is closed, followed by storing the executed design up to the present; (6)(a sixth step) executing the contents designed in the fourth step and the fifth step each needed time by a subroutine process, converting the contents into data capable of recognizing on the automatic driving yarn guide and returning the contents to a home position; and then (7)(a seventh step) storing the contents if something wrong of the program is found.
