PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal fitting for a pole and a pole structure for improving the strength of a composite pole constructed by combination of reference poles. SOLUTION: The reference pole 15 is made of wood and has first and second abutting surfaces extended in the longitudinal directions intersecting each other. The first abutting surface of one reference pole 15 is abutted on the second abutting surface of the other reference pole 15, thereby radially combining four reference poles 15 in the radial direction and connecting the same to each other. Further, a module metal fitting 23 constituting a metal fitting 21 for a pole is disposed in the radial center position of the reference pole 15 taking the base thereof as the central part, and the body part 24 are extended along the space between the adjacent abutting surfaces. A second projecting part 26 at the tip of the body part 24 is let enter like biting into an insert groove 14a of the first abutting surface of each reference pole. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
