PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a luminance signal with higher quality and to suppress generation of moire due to chromatic aberration. SOLUTION: This signal processor has an Out of Green luminance circuit (5) which outputs a luminance signal 1 by an Out of Green system based on an inputted image signal, a Switch Y luminance circuit (6) which outputs a luminance signal 2 by a Switch Y system based on the inputted image signal, a mixing ratio changing circuit (7) which determines ratio for mixing the luminance signals 1, 2 and a luminance mixing circuit (8) which mixes the luminance signals 1, 2 according to the ratio determined by the mixing ratio changing circuit.
