PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system capable of preventing a destination of a group from being illegally altered. SOLUTION: When a system manager enters a password to an input column of a password entry picture for the system manager in the case of accessing settings for system management, if a general user has made a tentative revision to the destination of a group, a destination table revision approval picture 151 is displayed. The destination table revision approval picture 151 indicates an added destination 152, and a message column 153 shows a message of 'The destination is added. Enter OK when you approve the destination or enter NG when you do not approve the destination.' When the system manager checks the added destination and if the added destination is proper, the system manager depresses an OK button 154. Then the addition is approved and addition processing is actually performed. If the added destination is improper, the system manager depresses an NG button 155, resulting in that the destination addition processing by the general user is not approved and the destination of the original group remains unchanged.
