PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly rotate an attaching member for attaching a stay to a panel member by reducing noise generated from the article storing tool. SOLUTION: Tubular attaching members 29, 30 are outerly fitted with respective vertical columns 11 rotatably. One end of a stay 31 is attached to one attaching member 29, and the other end of the stay 31 is detachably connected with the other attaching member 30. Sleeves 53, 54 are inserted between the respective attaching members 29, 30 and the respective vertical columns 11, and jaw parts 57 engaged with upper and lower ends of the respective attaching members 29, 30 are formed at upper and lower ends of the respective sleeves 53, 54. Notch parts 40, 51 are formed at same positions of the bottom ends of the sleeves 53, 54 and the bottom ends of the attaching members 29, 30.
