PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of an air outlet port for a heater duct with good heating feeling allowing warm air supplied to rear seat occupant's feet to spread even in the case of a front seat with a seat leg cover. SOLUTION: An outlet port 15 of the heater duct 10 is connected to an opening 25 provided in a portion where right and left walls 21 of the seat leg cover 20 crosses a front wall 22 connecting the front ends of the right and left walls 21, and a protrusion 27 is provided in the vicinity of the opening 25 to separate the warm air flowing along the right and left walls 21.
