PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suck a material having tackiness like the intermediate material of a tire to immediately release the same at a release position. SOLUTION: A large number of vacuum suction ports 122 communicating with a vacuum duct are provided to the suction surface 120 of a sucking feed device in the underside region of the vacuum duct, and a plurality of press-down pins 152 and air blowoff ports 125 are protruded from the suction surface 120 at the release position of a material to be sucked to forcibly release the material to be sucked. Further, L-shaped vacuum suction grooves 127 and 128 are provided to both end parts of the suction surface outside the region of the vacuum duct 146 so as to suck the leading end of the material to be sucked meandering at the part of the suction surface.
