PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely send the intention of a person on the side of giving a return present, and an article for the return present, to one on the side of receiving them, in place of a conventional proxy system, to make it easy for the person on the receiving side to respond thereto, to make the article for the return present easy to produce and also to make manufacturing cost inexpensive. SOLUTION: The article 1 for the return present to be used has a constitution wherein a greeting surface 5a whereon writings for the greeting of the person giving the article to the person to receive it are recorded, a surface 3a for an address whereon the address of the person to receive it is entered, commodity notifying surfaces 4a and 5a for showing commodities to the person, a commodity request surface 10b wherein an entry space for the person to write in a desired commodity and an address to inform a commodity dispatcher of the entry space are provided, and a commodity destination indicating surface 10a for stating the destination of the desired commodity written in the entry space of the commodity request surface 10b, are provided on one main body sheet 2.
