A play result recording implement for a golf, wherein a player in a course opens a booklet (3) and plays referring to the schematic drawing (13) of holes shown on the lower page (11) thereof, and how to conquer No. 1 hole and how to conquer a green (29) in the description of the formation of the holes shown on the upper page (31), and records score in a score recording column (33), whereby since the player can understand the formation of the holes and record the score merely by using the booklet (3), he does not become busy during the play and can sufficiently enjoy the golf.
