<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbo fan which can be integrally formed and improve air blowing efficiency, and an air conditioner using it. <P>SOLUTION: The turbo fan 30 provides a base plate 35 possible to be supported by a shaft in free rotation, a plurality of blade 32 vertically arranged on the base plate 35 in a radial pattern, and takes in a suction air from an axial direction of counter side of the base plate 35 and discharges an exhaust air toward peripheral directions. The air conditioner opens upper side face of the blade 32 and provides a cylindrical shielding cover 34 which covers a part of the periphery of the blade 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
