OUTPUT CONTROL SYSTEM AND OUTPUT CONTROL METHOD FOR FUEL CELL, AND VEHICLE HAVING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which suitably controls the output of a fuel cell.

SOLUTION: The output control system performs a first stage of output control of the fuel cell by limiting a permissible power (S20) when a minimum cell voltage is lower than a threshold value A (Y of S14), and a second stage of output control of the fuel cell by further limiting the permissible power limited at S20 when a minimum cell voltage is further lower than a threshold value B (Y of S22). The second stage makes the output limiting ratio shift dynamically in response to the change in the minimum cell voltage and maintains a high power generating efficiency while protecting the fuel cell.
