<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particulate material purifying/regenerating method of a filter that does not charge a thermal load to the filter, provides high regeneration rate, has high durability and reliability, and allows regeneration at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The filter 4 after collecting particulate material PM is dipped and soaked in detergent solution L, the detergent solution L is infiltrated into a partition 5 of the filter 4, then the filter 4 is extracted from the detergent solution L, and pressurized air is blown into the filter 4 from an inflow direction of discharged gas into the filter 4 or an outflow direction. Particulate material PM peeling from the filter partition 5 and particulate material adhering with the filter partition 5 are pressed out to the outside of the filter 4 by bubble W generated by the detergent solution L in a discharged gas passage G in the filter partition 5 and the detergent solution L remaining in the discharged gas passage G in the filter partition 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
