PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To settle the difficulty in keeping the quality of a tubular body made of resin uniform and to solve the problem about the strength and durability thereof along the peripheral direction, in particular. SOLUTION: An extruded PVDF film 12a is wound around the outer periphery of a mandrel 11 so that the direction of extrusion of the film is that of winding, and a cylindrical molding sleeve 13 having a smaller coefficient of thermal expansion than the mandrel 11 is fitted concentrically on the mandrel 11 so that it surrounds the PVDF film 12a wound around the mandrel 11. This PVDF film 12a is heated, together with the mandrel 11 and the molding sleeve 13, to be welded mutually and the welded film is brought into close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the mandrel 11 and the inner peripheral surface of the molding sleeve 13 so that the tubular body made of PVDF be formed. The mandrel 11 and the molding sleeve 13 are cooled down thereafter and the tubular body is extracted to be removed therefrom. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
