PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data delivery system and method that can reliably deliver data without burdening a data delivery server even if a repeater of radio communication is switched over. SOLUTION: The data delivery server 200 divides data A delivered to a plurality of division data A1 to A4, and delivers them in advance to a plurality of access points 400D to 400F and 400C arranged along a route where a vehicle 100 travels. The vehicle 100 then receives the division data A1 as passing the communication area of the access point 400D.
