PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic damper capable of being simplified in structure, capable of preventing cost from increasing, and capable of preventing a block from falling. SOLUTION: The end face of a cylindrical block 7 is connected to the opposed surface plates 3 and 4 of a pair of mounting fittings 1 and 2 fitted to a vibrating member 14 through elastic bodies 5 and 6. A pair of falling prevention claws 8 and 9 positioned at an interval smaller than the diameter D thereof as viewed from the center axis direction of the block 7 and extending to the side of the opposed surface plates in pairs are installed at the lower ends of the opposed surface plates 3 and 4 through a clearance from the peripheral surface of the block 7.
