PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving machine integrated speed reduction device for a pump whereby the space can be reduced, the weight can be reduced, the rotating speed can be controlled, and excellent maintenance efficiency can be exhibited. SOLUTION: This driving machine integrated speed reduction device for the pump is equipped with a motor 10, a transmission for changing the rotating speed of the motor 10, and an output shaft connected to the pump so as to transmit the power of the motor 10. A first transmission 20 for increasing the speed and a second transmission 30 for reducing the speed are provided on the output shaft, and a clutch (variable speed fluid joint) 40 for switching the power of the motor 10 ON/OFF is provided between the first transmission 20 and the second transmission 30.
