PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust structure of a collected type to be easily manufactured, and have simple appearance. SOLUTION: Four exhaust pipes 12 coming from an exhaust port of a serial four-cylinder engine 11 are primarily collected under the engine 11 to two first collecting pipes 13, and then secondarily collected to one second collecting pipe 14. The second collecting pipe 14 is connected to a branch pipe 15 that is vertically disposed. The branch pipe passes a front center part of a rear fork 5 from the underside upward to be branched to two branch pipes 26 above the rear fork 5. They are connected to a muffler covered with a right and a left muffler covers 17. This exhaust structure is roughly symmetric in a plan view.
