PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition which prompts an effect suppressing a thermal history of the resin as a whole and is excellent in the balance among e.g. impact resistance, heat resistance and molding appearance. SOLUTION: In this method of manufacturing a thermoplastic resin composition, the thermoplastic resin composition is obtained by blending (A) a graft copolymer obtained by adding both (P1) an emulsified dispersion of (B) tris(2,4-di-t-butylphenyl) phosphite and (P2) an emulsified dispersion of at least one kind of a phenolic antioxidant after an emulsion graft copolymerization of (a') a vinyl monomer mixture containing (a1) an aromatic vinyl monomer in the presence of (a) a rubbery polymer and (C) a vinyl copolymer obtained by polymerizing a vinyl monomer mixture of (c1) an aromatic vinyl monomer.
