PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device, and an after-treatment device for image formation and an image forming device with this cutting device, which is small, safe and excellent in durability, and in which a bundle of paper cut after being folded has good usability of turning a page or the like, the bundle of paper have good looks in a folding part because they are sufficiently folded and a traveling distance of the batch of paper is short. SOLUTION: This cutting device comprises: a folding plate 2 for forming a fold line in the bundle (P) of paper by moving in a direction roughly perpendicular to a folding process carrying passage 1; a folding means 3 for folding the bundle (P) of paper at the fold line; an additional folding processing means 4 for forming an additional folding at the folding part formed by the folding means 3; a cutting means 5 for cutting the end face of the bundle of paper after formation of the additional folding by the additional folding processing means 4, and a pressing means which is placed between the cutting means 5 and the additional folding processing means 4 and which presses the bundle (P) of paper when the additional folding processing means 4 forms the additional folding and the cutting means 5 cuts the bundle (P) of paper.
