STRETCH PACKAGING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretch packaging machine not requiring any high lift-up of a film roll and capable of easily setting the film roll. SOLUTION: This packaging machine is constructed such that there are provided a carriage having a film roll supporting part for rotatably supporting the film roll and a rotating mechanism for relatively rotating the carriage and a packaged item to each other; the film roll is mounted at the film roll supporting part; the film is fed out to the packaged item while the carriage and the packaged item are being rotated in a relative manner and at the same time the film is wound around the packaged item by ascending or descending the carriage. The film roll supporting part comprises a lower core fixed to the carriage; a shaft rotatably pivoted at the lower core and an upper core arranged at the upper end of this shaft.
