PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize enhancement of working property of a welding work, enhancement of strength and durability of welds, downsizing of the welding part and enhancement of design freedom of the welding part, when a trailing arm and a lower arm of a suspension are welded. SOLUTION: The vehicular suspension is provided with: a trailing arm 12 extending from a front end pivotably supported to a car body through an elastic joint to a rear side of the car body; and an approximately plate-like lower arm 13 extending in a car width direction and having an inner end pivotably supported to the car body and an outer end fixed to a rear part of the trailing arm 12. A second flat seat surface 13b provided on the outer end of the lower arm 13 is superposed on a first flat seat surface 22a of an end plate 22 welded to a rear end of the trailing arm 12. An inner periphery of a closed quardrilateral opening 13d formed on the second seat surface 13b is fixed to the first seat surface 22a by the weld w2.
