ADHESIVE COATER AND ADHESIVE COATING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a variance in the amount of an adhesive discharged onto an adhering surface of a member to be adhered and to stably coat the adhering surface with the adhesive without sticking of a nozzle to the adhering surface. SOLUTION: An adhesive coater discharges an adhesive 2 by constant amount onto the adhering surface 9 of the member to be adhered 8 by a dispenser 1 equipped with a syringe 3 for containing the adhesive 2 and a nozzle 4 having a discharge port for discharging the adhesive 2. The adhesive 2 is a liquid of≤10,000 mPa s viscosity. Further the adhesive coater is provided with a moving device 15 which can relatively move the nozzle 4 to the adhering surface 9 leaving the prescribed clearance between the discharge port and the adhering surface 9. An open plane 7 of the discharge port of the nozzle 4 has an inclination to the adhering surface 9. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
