PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize artificial fish bank blocks that can build fish banks more inexpensively than conventional concrete block-made ones, permits appositional animals and plants to promote rapid multiplication, and can utilize waste clamshells as an industrial waste without contamination of the natural environment. SOLUTION: The artificial fish bank blocks to be sunk into the sea bottom thereby constructing artificial fish banks are constituted with the plain concrete body 2 for forming the peripheral frame to receive the shell-porous concrete molded body 1 formed in the inside space of the peripheral frame.
