<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body training machine selecting the rotation radius of a pedal and using it in an optimal state according to conditions. <P>SOLUTION: This training machine includes a motor, a crankshaft interlocked with the rotary shaft of the motor via a reduction gear and left/right cranks having one end fixed to the crankshaft, mutually inversely extending from the crankshaft and the other end pivoted to the pedal. This machine is so constituted that a hand or a foot put on the pedal is exercised by driving the motor.
