摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a three dimensional sintered body to give a gradient function to an arbitrary direction, even in the case of using a powder of uniform composition from different material, a powder of a specific kind, or a powder of a uniform particle diameter. <P>SOLUTION: In this method, a three dimensional form of three dimensional CAD data is inputted (S1), the three dimensional CAD data is divided into two dimensional cross sectional data (S2), a powder is supplied to sintered body shaping stage 1 and a powder layer is formed (S3), a laser is irradiated at a specified position of the powder layer under a condition of obtaining a desired void content to form a sintered layer with voids formed at desired positions by sintering the specified position of the powder layer (S4), then repeating the step S3 and step S4, a three dimensional sintered material having a gradient function by the void formed inside is formed.
