摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of manufacturing thick steel plates in excellent laser cuttability and having thickness of≥16 mm at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the thick steel plate excellent in laser cuttability, steel containing a predetermined composition is cast into a slab by a continuous casting method, subsequently re-heated to the temperature of≤1,100°C, scales are removed by descaling when rolling is started, rolling is completed at the temperature of Ta±20°C, where Ta is 1.25Ts-440(°C), and the steel plate is naturally cooled so that the total of the void ratio in scales of the steel plate and the separation ratio of the scales from base steel interface is≤15%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p>
