摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanning device in which skew adjustment performed by adjusting the tilt of a cylindrical mirror is easily performed and a fine adjustment is enabled. SOLUTION: The cylindrical mirror 30 is fixed in a housing 40 so that its end part freely swings in the width direction which is a skew adjustment direction, a long hole 61 extending in the direction orthogonal to the skew adjustment direction is formed at the end face of a second mirror holder 52 mounted on a swinging end part. A cam gear 63 which is rotated by an operation gear 64 is mounted on the side wall part 45 of the housing 40, a cam pin 63d formed at the end of the rotation shaft 63c of the cam gear 63 is engaged with the long hole 61. The cam gear 63 rotates at a reduced speed when the operation gear 64 is rotated, the swinging end part of the cylindrical mirror 30 swings by the actions of the cam pin 63d and the long hole 61, and the skew adjustment is thereby performed.
